It wasn't even my logi besides the exequor lol And me & dave had just fought devil's warrior alliance in a 7 vs. 2 and killed a tengu and got out... he lost his guardians so in retrospect it might not have been worth it but it was fun.

- Against all odds 2 VS 7 With Marmite on top.

You see, a campaign is something you have against people you have war decced, because it is important to you, or you are being paid. If those other people did not make the war dec, but have instead war decced let's say 100 other alliances, then they do not give a **** about you. You are irrelevant to them. The campaign is your interest and your problem.

If you war dec someone why would they make a campaign tracker for you on their site? Isn't that your job you big mercenary you?

Marmite has 92% kill efficiency and it doesn't matter how that number adds up. Get more business, get more war decs, and you will start understanding that one campaign doesn't matter.

Paper alliance disbanded, right? If I recall correct it was right after they stopped having Marmite in their corner...

Look, I logged on minutes before the dramatrain road into Uedama, at that point 8 guys were active and on comms.
Next to Devils there was also a game of tears delegation and other solo/duo appearances from other wartargets.
About 30 sharks circling our pond. Ain't nobody got time for that

The point was that Vegas says;
So we see 18 Marmites in Uedama/Sivala and think they'll engage our 7 man fleet
I corrected him seeing he had more than triple the amount.

He re-iterates that we suddenly had;
21 Marmite in Uedama, 2 in Kaap, 2-3 in Ikao, 2 in Kamio and another 2 in Sivala.

Wheras it really was about 8 - in alliance - guys... so there
So yeah, he did it again this time. And it's really super outing him for the lying dramaqueen he is.

Fair fights are a fantasy, we'll engage if we think we have an above average chance of beating the opponent or when we are hired to engage. None of those criteria were met. What did happen is Vegas got all his allies worked up over nothing again and that's something I admitedly chuckled about

And judging by his CSM post, Tora's campaign is doing a bit of floundering. His crazy 30 minute no dockup post gank idea is not being met with much support (nor does it make sense!).

Finally, a decent question! It took a non-Marmite for that, of course.

For one, CCP used to consider corp rolling an exploit. They specifically reversed that position, and now explicitly allow players to do it without consequence.

Is it gamey? Sure. Should it be curtailed? Sure. How do you curtail it? Well, here is what I think. I think the current wardecc mechanics are crazy. The 90 man Marmite collective can wardecc my 1 man corp. Does that create a fair fight or interesting content? Nope. It's stupid. I have no hope of beating them (barring my current strategy). All it leads to is docking up and playing on alts. And let's say I got friends to help and brought a huge fleet to Uedama..what would Marmite do? Dock up and play on alts of course.

That's the problem...Eve wars are not real wars. There is no negative consequence from docking up and playing on alts for a week. In RL if someone invades you, you respond or you die. In Eve, you just ignore it.

Result - only new players really fight wars, and they get slaughtered by thugs like Marmite. The whole system is a giant sham.

Solution? Get rid of all non-mutual wars. They serve no purpose, they are a joke, and it's just a free jobs plan for station and gate campers like Marmite. It adds nothing valuable to the game, and should be thrown out of it. Then I would no longer need to dodge these worthless wars.

No, even if the numbers were equivalent, the fact that there is no way to actually hurt the attacker makes the wars useless.I'll fight a war if winning it means the attacker gets a year log sentence in eve jail.

Making people dock up is useless because they can accomplish the exact same objectives on alts. What's the point?

Great...so wars work against new and casual players...not against rich and experienced players. So just a grief mechanic. Time to get rid of it. And sunset Marmite "joke" Collective.

We had an alliance meeting last night and discussed how we could improve the alliance. More fc's doing small fleets, more use of low-sec, less hub campers (max 15-20% of the total numbers) , reduce the main corp numbers (smaller corps have better teamwork), skill for doctrine fits (speed up forming fleets) and have them ready on contracts, were a few of the things we discussed.

Isn't the point to win?
